SHIPPING AND HANDLING

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, you will receive via email a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted, therefore, it is critical that you accurately provide your email address.

We make every effort to ensure that all our merchandise are in stock.  However, in the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by email of any backorders. 

DELIVERY
All orders are shipping via United Service Postal Service.  Domestic orders (within USA) usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days (for in-stock items only).  International orders (outside USA) usually arrive within 12 to 15 business days.

If expedited service is needed, please notify us by email and we will make appropriate arrangements to have your order sent to you by the express method of your choice.  Please email customerservice@cheekydawg.com.

PACKAGING
We respect our customers' needs for discretion. All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain envelope or box. The return address label simply states "SM Inc. or CD Inc." along with our address.

RETURN POLICY
Items (excluding lingerie) purchased from Cheeky Dawg Inc. may be exchanged or returned within 10 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition (meaning that it has not been worn, altered or washed), unopened, unused with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.  We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.

For health reasons and for your protection, we strictly do not exchange nor accept returns for lingerie.  This may seem harsh but we want to ensure that every customer receives a piece of NEW lingerie which has never been tried on by anyone else.  Therefore please choose your size carefully when placing order.  If you need any assistance regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to email us at customerservice@cheekydawg.com and our customer service representative will be more than happy to assist you. 

 Please note that On Sale items, Costumes and Lingerie are not returnable or exchangeable.

Please contact us by email immediately regarding your return or exchange. You will be issued a return authorization via email. Cheeky Dawg Inc. reserves the right not to accept any returns without a RA (Return Authorization) number on the outside of the package and the return form within the package.  Please make a copy of the return form for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s).  Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
A US$5.00 processing fee per item is applied to all returns (this fee does NOT apply to exchanges).  

Acceptance of these terms and conditions are binding by customer.
